Hello, everyone, I am Zhuofan Chen. This project improves the recycling service of old clothes.
How often does each garment be used in my wardrobe? I asked myself this question when I was planning to move back to China. And where should these old clothes go? How could it be if everyone wastes several clothes? Is there any solution to cover it out?
This service has three innovative points:
Recognizable logo and online-to-offline model: Although many brands have the recycling service, they did not have recognizable marketing things, only some of the consumers know the service. Moreover, they did not have an online cloud system to operate the service.
The regular notification of ethical disposal: It sends the e-mails to the memberships regularly through account management. It not only reminds the consumer to donate their old clothes but also provides the ethical knowledge of caring to those non-fast fashion fans.
A win-win mechanism for the provider and users: On the one hand, the consumer could have a more convenient way of ethical disposal. Meanwhile, they could get rewards for it. On the other hand, the retailer could have a better reputation, and they could attract more potential consumers n this way.
