I’m a designer who creates engaging experiences using a mix of research methods, intuitive hunches and authentic human stories. I’m particularly passionate about helping to build better structures that won’t disadvantage certain minority groups in our society.
‘Pulling The Race Card’ is a project motivated by my personal experiences with racism and micro-aggressions as a Scottish South Asian woman, realising that there are many others who have had to deal with similar issues throughout their life. The project is focused on empowerment, as a direct response to women beyond their school years trying to understand their identity and blend of cultures.
