Financial literacy is an important life skill which helps us understand the value of money and handle it better. Young people starts to have a basic financial understanding before age 7, and kids’ financial behaviour could be influenced by parents and their conversation around money topics. However, many parents feel it difficult to teach kids money management and talk about finance, which causes their difficulties of getting kids spending wisely, also losing the chance to bring lifelong financial skills. This project aims to empower parents to teach kids money management effectively. Cubee is a tool and conversation starter for parents to teach kids financial knowledge, it let kids get their regular allowance by unlocking and finishing the activity tasks in secret advent boxes with parents. It can promote conversation about money topics in family, and let kids learn financial responsibility in a fun way before they get the money.
