I’m Rishi. I got my undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. There, I worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for a year. My emphasis was in mathematics and mechatronics.
For this project, I worked to design the concept for a product that helps to alleviate the problem of distraction. In our current society, sustaining focus for extended periods of time has become a challenge. Even if it is for something we love to do, like a good book or a film. The final solution I designed is a headband that uses EEG technology to measure the user’s attention. The device then gives the user subtle feedback when attention drops. Over the long term, the device trains the user to improve their focus.
I am looking for work in the UK as a mechanical engineer and/or designer.
